For this webinar, I’ll be partnering with a home inspector to prepare sellers for certain things before they ever list their house. A seller may get many offers immediately, but after the inspection, the buyer could back out because it yielded surprising results.
10 Things San Antonio Area Landlords Need to Know in 2021. This webinar is great for landlords and those who want to become landlords. Jason and Pete from the Bridgeman Properties Group will join me to discuss evictions, COVID-19 restrictions, the sales market, the rental market, and more.
